WUULF 2012 Pricing Information

We are very pleased to announce that 2012 prices will remain unchanged since 2009!

We are again able to offer family room rates, a Young Adult dorm rate, and this year we are waiving registration fees for ALL Cubs and Coyotes attending with their families (The Cubs and Coyotes must be registered prior to May 1, 2012, and accompanied by a family member).   As always, participants under the age of 4 are free.   **NOTE: FAMILY RATE -- Only the first two family members in the same room pay full room and board fees, additional family members pay for meals only.  This special rate applies only if all family members share one room, and is not available in adjoining rooms.   Please see Young Adult section for information on YA dorm accommodations.

We recognize that this can be an expensive week.  Many participants enjoy the campground, and create a WUULF camp within the camp.  With hot showers, ice machines, and the meals packages, this becomes a very comfortable camping experience, and considerably less expensive than rooms for a family.

Through the generousity of our attendees, WUULF has limited funds available to provide scholarships.  The WUULF Board will make scholarships available based on need for registration fees on a case-by-case basis.  The guidelines for scholarship application can be found on the WUULF website by clicking the Scholarships button.  The listed deadline for scholarship application is April 15th.

Please click this link to open the registration form in a separate browser window.  Print and fill out the form, attach a check and mail as instructed on the form.  Please note that registration closes May 1, 2012 or when a maximum registration of 125 is achieved. Registrations received after 5/01/12 are subject to availability.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR 2012:To help those who would love to join us, but their family cost for registration is too tight, we are waiving registration fees for ALL Cubs and Coyotes attending with their families this year (2012).  Hopefully this will allow more of our community the opportunity to join us in fellowship.  The Cubs and Coyotes must be registered prior to May 1, 2012, and accompanied by a family member.  We look forward to sharing our community's children and watching them from year to year as they grow and become integral parts of our community.   Join us, bring the children, and let's enjoy one another!!

To calculate your basic costs, review the tables listed below, noting charges for different age ranges.  Purchasing room space includes all meals, where camping and meals are separate charges, as some attendees elect to bring their own food and cook at their campsite (Click the Accommodations button for more information). Additional trip or workshop fees are detailed on the Programs page and those trips or tours that require pre-registration are listed on the Registration Form. We have also included a separate section on the Registration Form for Scholarship Fund raffle ticket purchases as well as tax-deductable donations.

Should you have any questions or comments, feel free to Contact Us.
