WUULF 2009 Pricing Information

After holding our room and board rates constant for a couple of years and maintaining the same registration rates for nearly four years, the WUULF board has concluded that to maintain a "break even" operation, a combination of registration, room and meal price increases as well as a move toward a more community involved posture is necessary (see the Director's message on the Home Page). WUULF has absorbed higher costs from Ghost Ranch in recent years without raising rates, delaying a price increase as long as possible. This year, the WUULF Board has concluded that a moderate increase in rates is required, not only cover higher room and board costs from Ghost Ranch, but also to accommodate costs for basic programming. We have, however, been able to secure a new Family Rate* with Ghost Ranch -- only the first two family members in the same room pay room and board fees, additional family members in the same room pay for meals only. We have also simplified our room and board pricing structure to the two levels that Ghost Ranch charges - Adult, and 12 and under. Basic camping rates remain unchanged with no increase. As always, participants under the age of 4 are free.

We recognize that this can be an expensive week. Many participants enjoy the campground, and create a WUULF camp within the camp. With hot showers, ice machines, and the meals packages, this becomes a very comfortable camping experience, and considerably less expensive than rooms for a family.

Through the generousity of our attendees, WUULF has limited funds available to provide scholarships. The WUULF Board will make scholarships available based on need for registration fees on a case-by-case basis. The guidelines for scholarship application can be found on the WUULF website by clicking the Scholarships button. The listed deadline for scholarship application is April 15th.

Please click this link to open the registration form in a separate browser window. Print and fill out the form, attach a check and mail as instructed on the form. Please note that registration closes May 1, 2009 or when a maximum registration of 125 is achieved. Registrations received after 5/01/09 are subject to availability.

To calculate your basic costs, review the tables listed below, noting charges for different age ranges. Purchasing room space includes all meals, where camping and meals are separate charges, as some attendees elect to bring their own food and cook at their campsite (Click the Accommodations button for more information). Additional trip or workshop fees are detailed on the Programs page and those trips or tours that require pre-registration are listed on the Registration Form. We have also included a separate section on the Registration Form for Scholarship Fund T-shirt and raffle ticket purchases as well as tax-deductable donations.
